On Military Expenditures

    Many democracies invest little in propaganda compared to their investment in weapons.  Yet the propaganda war is a lot less bloody than a military confrontation.  If the enemy country is a dictatorship that country is likely to invest a great deal in propaganda toward its citizens.  That propaganda is a key factor in keeping the dictatorship in power and it is that propaganda that the democracy should invest resources in fighting against.
